A serious crash closed Route 70 in Burlington County, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 1:15 p.m. on Monday, July 3 near Route 530/Lakehurst Road in Pemberton Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

An unconfirmed report said there was a fatality involved.
